Equal Housing Opportunity

We are committed to fair lending and do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), because all or part of an applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program, or because an applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

Not a commitment to lend

Information on this site is not an offer or commitment to lend. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting guidelines, property eligibility and program availability. Rates, terms and programs are subject to change without notice.

Hypothetical examples

Any rates, payments, savings or comparisons shown are hypothetical, for illustration only, and do not represent currently available terms or an estimate of what any borrower will receive.

Assumable mortgages

Loan assumptions require approval from the existing loan servicer and, where applicable, the insuring or guaranteeing agency (FHA, VA or USDA). Buyers must meet applicable credit, income and occupancy requirements. Not all loans are assumable. Assumption timelines are determined largely by the existing servicer. Secondary financing used to cover an equity gap is subject to separate approval and program restrictions.

Government affiliation

Unified Mortgage Experts is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of HUD, FHA, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, USDA or any government agency.
